I am always hearing how it is important to watch what you eat, keep track of what you eat, etc. So I decided to create a community for myself to do that. Will it change what I eat? Chances are that I will not. But I thought it would be interesting to see if there are any patterns in this habit we all must do if we are to live in this world. It's mostly for me, but if anyone wants to join and do the same thing, you are more than welcome to do so.
Basically this is a place to record your daily noshings. I see it as a place to store my diary through consumption of food.
